A day trip to France 🇫🇷 and - My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2025

Hey dear actifitters and readers,

we had a four day week and Friday was a day off.

We are celebrating the day of German reunification on October 3rd every year.

We made a short trip to France and met with some friends in an all you can eat restaurant for lunch.

They have a wonderful buffet with everything you deserve. Especially the fresh cooked wok meals and the deserts were delicious.

We finished the meal and moved to Neuf-Brisach for a walk.

The town was build during the French German war around 1871.

We walked on top of the town wall. Part of us visited the street art museum.

We went to French supermarket to get some groceries you can't buy in Germany.

When arriving back home I took my sports clothes and played a nice beachvolleyball session in the cold.
