What can you do in one day? A lot! I 😎 - My Actifit My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2025
Hey dear actifitters and readers,
one of the most active days this year happened yesterday. It's not about the total number of steps altough I made over 15k. It's about places and things you can do in a day.
I got up early again and left my mums house at half past seven in the morning.
I had an appointment one and half an hours away. I met with a new colleague to get in touch with her.
The morning was brilliant and I had a short stop at a new built service area for a coffee.
The appointment was inspiring and made my decision to work for the new company very easy. It seems to be the perfect company to work for at the moment.
We visited some doctors and pharmacies. The last appointment was in Nordhausen, which is located in Eastern Germany. There are still many lost places and old rotten factories.
I found one of them by accident near the supermarket 😎 The access was easy so I entered the area and made some nice pictures.
I can't tell what factory it was and what products they produced some 30 years ago.
But it had a great lost ace atmosphere.
I'll do a bit of internet investigation and maybe will find out.
I spent almost an hour at the lost place before I started my six hour drive back home.
The highway was crowded as it was Friday at the beginning of summer vacations. I faced slow traffic and many traffic jams.
Finally I arrived and took a short rest before I took the bike to visit the tent music festival with friends.
There was an electronic night with a dj collective playing different sets.
I stayed there until three in the morning and rode back on the bike for half an hour.
Finally I'm very happy with that day 😎

Very nice! What a productive day indeed. I wish I still have your energy. 😆 That abandoned place looks interesting, although I personally wouldn't visit one. Great you have more energy for the tent music festival. I imagine it's fun. Enjoy your weekend!

I love exploring abandoned buildings. My mother used to take me to explore abandoned farm houses when I was a child, and it was always fascinating. The music festival looks fun, I haven't been to one of those in ages. I'm glad that you had such a great day, and I wish you a superb Sunday. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
