
Hello Actifiters and happy Wednesday!
After finishing dinner tonight, I decided get out to the office area for an evening walk. The evening air was cool, making it the ideal time for a walk and burn off some calories after my meal.
I spent my time going around the office perimeter. There I see other people doing their evening walks as well. Walking after dinner has quickly become one of my favorite routines, as it significantly aids my digestion and helps me unwind from the daily stresses of work. I successfully completed over 6,000 activity points on my Actifit tracker.
