Well today I didn't do much because muscles still sore from yesterday workout so I just did inclin walk for 25 minutes, weighted squats, back row and abs workout

10 minutes mark ā€¼ļø always put incline full 15 speed depends on how much you can handle I keep changing it from time to time.

Well I got to go very tired lately see you all tomorrow.

Remember to have a rest day mate and maybe alternatively work on your body parts like leg day, arms day, torso day and so on.

It reduces possibility of injuries as well as you don't over stretch yourself for the next day.
