Well today I didn't do much because muscles still sore from yesterday workout so I just did inclin walk for 25 minutes, weighted squats, back row and abs workout
10 minutes mark ā¼ļø always put incline full 15 speed depends on how much you can handle I keep changing it from time to time.
Well I got to go very tired lately see you all tomorrow.
