An Evening to Remember: Honoring Kindness with Samsara Gin Actifit Report Card: November 26 2024

• Samsara Gin was given to me as a gift 🎁 for giving a good service to him and his family some guests are kind and generous the whole family was lovely to serve them such an honor to serve such guest.

They were kind and understanding the whole time and not even once they tried to do any tricks like most guests that come here if everyone can learn from this family is that being kind to others so others will be 10x times kinder to you. I wanted to do everything for them that night when they came to the restaurant thankfully I succeeded and the family left the restaurant Happy

Let me explain the tasting Notes

Nose/Smell 👃- Bright floral aromas, citrus undertone and hints of exotic spices

Palate/Tongue 😛 - Smooth Juniper with warm cardamom, Sweet Rose 🌹and Safron earthiness.

Finish/Aftertaste - Long, slightly sweet with lingering cardamom and fresh Lemon 🍋 zest

For the ones who don't understand what it means I put simple words like aftertaste means after you swallow what is the lingering taste in the mouth in F&B language we call this finish.

As for Palate it means when the drink is on your tongue what does it taste like when the gin or drink hit your tongue this is to describe what you will taste.

As for nose it means what you smell when you put your nose closely inside the glass if you notice the glass 🍷 has small opening on top this is where you put your nose inside the smell the aroma of the drink something like wine 🍷 you put your nose inside the wine glass so you can smell the grapes similar to most drinks so check the glass shapes and you know what it means as for the pros I know you know better you can add your expertise explanation if you want on the comment section below 👇 hehe would love to hear it.
