Hello
yet another day passed, and I have quite a good walking record. As I need to increase the number of steps I am doing as I hope to start losing a little bit of weight. My current plan is to start making more than 10k steps per day, but I also hope to increase the intesivity of my walks so I can cover longer distances in the same amount of time. I also know that the quicker walsk is better for my end goal.
The day yesterday was good, typical autum day in UK. That means it was cold in the morning with occasional fog. Then it god a warmer until it started raining heavily. I have a feeling that the next day will be exactly the same.
