[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2026

Poniedziałek powitał nas deszczem. To chyba Słowacja płakała, że wyjeżdżamy. Popsuło to nieco nasze plany złapania jeszcze jakiejś plaży, ale tylko trochę. Bo wybraliśmy za to spacer po pobliskim Mikulaszu, słynącym zresztą z Tatralandii, a pogoda podczas spaceru dopisywała znakomicie.

Monday welcomed us with rain. I think it was Slovakia crying that we were leaving. It spoiled our plans to catch another beach, but only a little bit. Because we chose a walk around the nearby Mikulas, famous for Tatralandia, and the weather during the walk was excellent.

Mikulasz sympatyczny, ale dla mnie dużo bardziej widowiskowe były spacery po pagorkach otaczających nasze jezioro. Wolę takie widoki, zapierały mi dech. A miasteczko jak miasteczko, ale lody pyszne, i to w znakomitej cenie 1,30€ za gałkę.

Mikulasz is sympathetic, but for me, walking through the hills surrounding our lake was much more spectacular. I prefer such views, they took my breath away. And the town is like a town, but the ice cream is delicious, and at a great price of €1.30 per knob.
