
Czwartek. Do pracy pojechałam z moim mężem - rowerem. Wyśmienicie! Poranny świat nie istniał, bo był spowity mgłą, ale i tak wycieczka rowerowa o rześkim poranku to wspaniały sposób na reset głowy i wypoczynek dla mózgu, serio. Polecam. Już wiem, czemu mój mąż tak za tym przepada. Garmin wniebowzięty - oszacował mój wysiłek na 57 godzin regeneracji :D
Thursday. I rode to work with my husband by bike. Fantastic! The morning world was nonexistent because it was shrouded in fog, but a brisk morning bike ride is still a wonderful way to reset your head and rest your brain, seriously. I highly recommend it. Now I know why my husband loves it so much. Garmin was thrilled – it estimated my effort at 57 hours of recovery time :D
W pracy jak to w pracy, jedno ciekawe spotkanie, potem po dzieci, potem do Dziadków, potem na budowę. Człowiek sobie usiadł dopiero kładąc się do łóżka. Intensywnie, ale uroczo.
At work, as usual, one interesting meeting, then to pick up the kids, then to the grandparents, then to the construction site. You only sat down when you went to bed. Intense, but lovely day.
