[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2025

Nadszedł dzień biurowy. Trzeba było się zebrać i pojechać do biura.
Ze względu na to, że teraz mamy biuro w centrum Kato, uznałam, że ograniczę sobie stres i koszty związane z parkowaniem i wykorzystam autobus, który jedzie spod domu, a przy okazji gwarantuje mi miły spacer po centrum miasta.
Muszę jednak stwierdzić, że pomimo, iż ten autobus w teorii jedzie szybko, to jednak komunikacją miejską to jak wołami. Najpierw parę minut wcześniej być na przystanku, potem jechać - choć to akurat miłe, bo nie będąc kierowcą, można sobie porobić w czasie jazdy inne rzeczy. No i niespełna 15-minutowy spacer. Łącznie wychodzi niemal godzina, w porównaniu do auta, gdzie przejechałabym w mniej niż 30 minut. Do tego tyle obcych ludzi na tak małej przestrzeni, o rany, tego nie znałam od lat. Ale coś za coś, jest bardziej eko, jest czas w autobusie dla siebie, jest szansa na parę kroków z przystanku, spróbujemy w ten sposób ogarnąć tę pracę.

Office day arrived. I had to get ready and head to the office.
Since we now have an office in the center of Kato, I decided to reduce the stress and parking costs by using the bus that leaves from our house, which also guarantees me a nice walk around the city center.
However, I must admit that although this bus is theoretically fast, public transportation is a real drag. First, you have to be at the bus stop a few minutes early, then you have to go – although that's nice because not being the driver allows you to do other things while driving. And the walk is less than 15 minutes. That adds up to almost an hour in total, compared to driving, which would take me less than 30 minutes. On top of that, so many strangers in such a small space – oh my, I haven't seen that in years. But it's something for nothing, it's more eco-friendly, you have time to yourself on the bus, you have the chance to walk a few steps from the bus stop – we'll try to manage this work that way.

Obiecałam mojemu dziecku, że zrobię parę zdjęć z biura, by pokazać dokładnie, gdzie pracuję. Oto one, może nie oddają pełnego obrazu, ale też trochę się śpieszyłam.

I promised my son I'd take some photos of the office to show exactly where I work. Here they are; they might not do it justice, but I was in a bit of a hurry.

Muszę przyznać, że atmosfera w pracy faktycznie jest sympatyczna, i ogólnie wszystko byłoby ok, ale jakoś tak potwornie zmęczył ten dzień moją introwertyczną duszę. Trzeba przywyknąć do takich dni 2x w tygodniu.

I have to admit that the atmosphere at work is actually pleasant, and overall everything would be fine, but somehow this day really took a toll on my introverted soul. You have to get used to days like this twice a week.
