[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2025

Wczorajszy dzień upłynął (to bardzo dobre słowo!) pod znakiem katastrofy, która doskonale odzwierciedlona jest na powyższej ilustracji wygenerowanej w wiecie czym. Krótko rzecz opisując, woda z pralki wylewała nam się górą umywalki.
Oznaczało to, że Mój Mężu musiał wrócić wcześniej z pracy i musieliśmy wieczorem rodzinnie jechać do Castoramy.

Yesterday flew (that's a very good word!) by a disaster, which is perfectly reflected in the above illustration generated in you know what. In short, water from the washing machine was pouring out the top of the sink. This meant that my husband had to come home from work early and we had to go to Castorama as a family in the evening.

Ta wycieczka uświadomiła mi tylko, jakim ułatwieniem byłoby zlecenie wykończenia domu jednej firmie, z projektem i zakupem materiałów włącznie. Jasne, jest zapewne drożej (choć nie wiem - jakoś ci wykonawcy, których pytamy, nie chcą nam dać wyceny, więc kto wie?). Ale wygoda i brak konieczności spędzenia najbliższego pół roku w marketach budowlanych z dwójką dzieci jest bardzo kuszący :D

This trip only made me realize how much easier it would be to commission the finishing of the house to one company, including the design and purchase of materials. Sure, it's probably more expensive (though I don't know - somehow the contractors we ask don't want to give us a quote, so who knows?). But the convenience and not having to spend the next six months in DIY stores with two children is very tempting :D

Bombelki dokonały wieczorem sabotażu i zgodnie uśpiły swoją matkę zanim same zasnęły. Cóż. Tak się cieszyłam, że już to się nie zdarza, że mam wieczory dla siebie i jestem w stanie coś ciekawego porobić :D ale jak widać to nie było ŻEGNAJ, a jedynie DO WIDZENIA ;)

The bombels sabotaged themselves in the evening and put their mother to sleep together before they fell asleep themselves. Well. I was so happy that this doesn't happen anymore, that I have evenings to myself and I can do something interesting :D but as you can see it wasn't GOODBYE, but only SEE YOU ;)
