Today I did some walking outside and then did some daily activities and routines. Then at the office, the work was busy and I didn't get the chance to walk around. At the end of the day I came home and freshened up , had dinner and slept.

It sounds like a straightforward, productive day. Even with a busy office schedule keeping you at your desk, getting some walking in beforehand definitely helps balance things out.
There is nothing like that feeling of coming home, freshening up, and finally catching up on sleep after a long shift. Hopefully, you feel well-rested for tomorrow!
The important thing is that you kept moving, and you even managed to run about 5K, which isn't bad at all.
