I hope you're all having a great weekend. It's another sunny, warm day here, so I'm enjoying sitting outside in the backyard while writing this on the laptop. One of the perks of southern California if you can put up with horrible traffic and the rare earthquake!
I don't have a lot of time to focus on my post today. I've been caught up doing a lot of research for a medical issue for a close family member. I have a bunch more to do after I'm done here so it will be a busy day. Needless to say I have already sent off today's prizes to the lucky winners which you will see below!
This last week I asked the question of whether or not you believe in ghosts... The results were very interesting! Many people have had paranormal experiences that they can't explain away scientifically. Then there were many adamant non believers. So overall we had fourteen of you say they believe in ghosts/ paranormal or are open to the idea. And nine complete non believers. So a few more believers than those who don't, but not by much.
At one point I was a absolute non believer, but events that have happened over the years really changed my mind. I can't explain them away scientifically, and I am a scientist by profession. Is there life after death? We will all find out eventually, but it would be nice to know for sure right now, wouldn't it?
@hiveborgminer pointed out that it's been more than 15 years now since Patrick Swayze passed away and we still haven't seen Ghost 2, at least not yet anyway! Patrick may make his supernatural return yet to the big screen!

Such a shame to lose people so young to cancer, it's a nasty disease! Make sure to get in you your doctor for your regular check ups everyone. Cancer when caught early is much more treatable than when it's discovered too late.

And since I am spinning the same wheel four times in a row it is theoretically possible for the same person to win all four prizes! Although I have yet to see it happen, maybe this week?

I love dogs in general!! My current dog is a mix of colie and sheppard!! So I am a big breed fan ! German sheppards are cool in general nice dogs with kids despite of their size!!

I'm a big fan of dogs! My favorite breed of dog is the furry kind, I don't know what the breed is called, but they're soft and like to be petted, especially under their chin. They are good companions, very quiet. They love snuggling up to their owners and make this amazing purring sound. That's my favorite breed of dog, because of these attributes, I just can't seem to remember what the breed is called.

Braco de Weimar Weimaraner the blue-eyed grey dog that everyone loves.
The Weimar Braco Weimaraner is a fascinating breed that combines beauty, intelligence, and loyalty. For me that already had one, when I lived at my mother's house I can say that it was a dog, active, intelligent and affectionate, but, there is always a but, they are dogs that need a lot of space to exercise, as I live in an apartment of only 72 square meters, I can not have one.
I am sure that I will have a big house, with a big land to be able to have a Weimaraner.

That is an easy one. It's German Shepherd. Because, it is friendly.
I'm not a big fan of dogs but I guess I'd go with German Shepherd. A childhood friend of mine had one and I used to hang out at his house and had a lot of contact with his dog.
I'm not much into dogs as I'm living in a city. I don't think dogs should live in a flat.
I like breeds with a use case 😀
I like dogs which are able to "work" as a guide dog, rescue dog or herding dog.

I like the smaller breed of dog actually, but at the moment, I am stuck (love her) with a local breed dog that my wife rescue when it was a very small puppy, in front of my house.
I am not really a dog lover, but once i have one, I try to be the best companion also for them.

A tough question this week, @thebighigg! I've had beagles, German shepherds, a husky/collie mix, blue heeler/dalmation mix and Yorkshire terrier before. I loved them all! However, after having our son's dog Phoenix stay with us a few times, I will have to say first off, it would be very hard if not impossible to find a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Dachshund mix! That being said, I think that I would choose a Dachshund and maybe even the miniature version of the breed. Knowing Phoenix's personality and seeing other Dachshunds, I think that they are sensitive to their owner's moods and emotional needs and would make great companions whether indoors or out. I can see me curled up on the couch in front of the fire with a little Dachshund. It would be awesome!
Perhaps someday I'll find the one that's meant to be mine!
I don't have dog, never have one, so I do not know which one my favorite.
By far in my neighborhood, the dog I like most is the Alaskan Malamute. They are the most behave one, not making lot of noise, playing with little kids, not chasing mailman, however they can't be long out site due to tropical temperature here.
I don't like small dogs, they kind of running their own show not caring others. There was a dachshund, when he was alone he was a pure coward, but when he ganged up with other small dogs, he became the ass, the one that always initiated chasing and biting little kids.
I'm not partial to any type of breed but I'd like a small dog with not much fur. They are easier to feed and take care of. 😀

German Shepherds for their intelligence and versatility as working dogs.
I'm more a Cat person but there was a particular breed of Canine it would be first the Welsh Corgi closely followed by the Dachshund. Problem is that my son is allergic to the dander of these breeds.

My favorite dog is the Jack Russels which one of my friends had when growing up. Such a small dog with lots of personality 😄
Greetings, I don't have a favorite breed, if I have to choose, I would choose the stray breed, they are very cute dogs that are on the street, abandoned and finding them a home is nice
The Spanish Mastiff because my grandfather used to ride me on one when I was little.
