A break.
Everyone needs a break. Sometimes it's helpful to stop, not think about anything, not burden yourself with any tasks, even very important ones... it feels like self-deception, I've never been able to do that, although I'd like to do it sometimes lol.
I'm not talking about taking a break after a long run, as they say, that's a no-brainer. But, for example, burying your phone in the beach sand and digging it up when your vacation is over—I don't have the moral strength for such drastic actions lol.
Look, even winter goes on vacation, although sometimes, even in May, winter can make its presence felt.
A person is not a car that you park; you start it when you really need it. I think loved ones would appreciate this opportunity; it would give you more time to communicate.
For now, respite only occurs in moments of extreme fatigue, or when there are simply no other options but to do nothing, for example, during blackouts... and between destinations, if, by chance, you're lucky.
