Jiffy and OTF Coach Arnoldo

My wife Tiffany and I workout at ORANGETHEORY FITNESS studios five to six times a week including weekends and for the most part we have four accessible studios at any given time, but whenever we can drive out to the further studios we take advantage of that. That is usually on holidays that fall on a weekend, vacations or weekends.

This morning, Tiff and a I drove out to OTF UCF for our workout and that is the University of Central Florida area which is loaded with places to eat and drink, so it adds to the fun of visiting that studio. The studio is also a newer studio, it's spacious and they have the newest treadmills.

The added treat today was that Coach Arnoldo who actually coaches primarily at our home studio was subbing and coaching at OTF UCF today and he is one of our favorite coaches and we booked a class as soon as we saw him on the schedule. It's usually difficult to workout for him at our home studio, because the times he coaches doesn't match up well with our schedule.

Needless to say, Arnoldo was excited to have us in class and the workout was boss and glad we took the drive over there.

Tiffany and I also take advantage of getting a plant based donut in a nearby baker we go to anytime we are up in that area and also stopped off for some Kava that also has one of our favorite Kava spots.

All in for a Sunday Funday that was an awesome start to the day.

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community hold a special place in Coach Arnoldo's heart because we took his firt class as a Coach years ago and we as we are with most of our coaches very encouraging and we bring energy to their session and they appreciate that very much, but Arnoldo's feels much more than just our coach; he's more like family.
