Questo è tutto quello che PGM vuole fare per migliorare il progetto PGM e renderlo decentralizzato il più possibile , infatti oggi proprio stavo pensando a quanto il progetto fosse centralizzato sulle mie idee e fosse d'avvero poco accessibile a tutti gli utenti , e che tralasciando i vantaggi dello staking con il comando !PGM e con il fatto di poter guadagnare più PGM votando non vi erano vantaggi nella community di PGM , quindi da ora in poi vorrei sommare tutti i PGM che voteranno per le proposte di update della community che potranno essere consigliate anche da voi , ovviamente non ci si può votare da soli , quini io i miei 50K PGM in stake non li potrò mai usare e mai li userò , cercherò di mantenermi sui 5K PGM in stake cosi da avere sempre meno influenza e sempre più potere alla community. Cosi da essere sicuri che almeno il 50% + 1 accetterò la proposta di aggiornamento infatti la mia idea sarebbe questa:
Quando viene fatta una proposta ufficiale per migliorare il progetto di PGM serviranno idee concrete e sostenibili ovviamente per il valore di PGM , quindi bisognerà stare molto attenti a cosa si farà con PGM e ogni scelta di voto potrebbe cambiare le sorti di PGM!

Solo in questo caso una proposta verrà accolta come proposta effettiva, e basterà commentare esprimendo la propria opinione sull'aggiornamento e scrivendo se secondo voi è una bella idea oppure no , si potranno fare discussioni e convincere gente ad accettare o rifiutare queste proposte , che possono essere anche di rimuovere funzioni precedenti.
E per essere sicuri che tutti gli holder vengano avvisati di queste proposte andrebbero menzionati tutti gli holder di PGM dai 500 PGM in stake in su , infatti credo che i 500 PGM siano un traguardo che viene raccolto solo da chi crede veramente nel progetto e non da utenti che si ritrovano 100 PGM in stake per sbaglio da pool o cose cosi e che quindi possano approvare proposte totalmente a caso.

So to be sure that at least 50% + 1 will accept the proposal to upgrade in fact my idea would be this:
When an official proposal is made to improve the PGM project it will need concrete and sustainable ideas obviously for the value of PGM , so you will have to be very careful what you do with PGM and every vote choice could change the fate of PGM!

Los PGMs y el hecho de poder ganar más PGMs votando, no había ventajas en la comunidad de PGMs, así que a partir de ahora me gustaría sumar todos los PGMs que voten por las actualizaciones propuestas a la comunidad, que también pueden ser recomendadas por ti, por supuesto no puedes votar tú mismo, así que no podré usar mis 50K PGMs en apuestas y nunca los usaré, intentaré mantenerme en 5K PGMs en apuestas para tener cada vez menos influencia y más poder a la comunidad. Así que para estar seguro de que al menos el 50% + 1 aceptará la propuesta de actualización de hecho mi idea sería esta:
Cuando se haga una propuesta oficial para mejorar la PGM necesitaremos ideas concretas y sostenibles, obviamente, para el valor de la PGM, por lo que tendremos que tener mucho cuidado con lo que hacemos con la PGM y cada elección de voto podría cambiar el destino de la PGM.

Sólo entonces se aceptará una propuesta como tal, y sólo con comentar expresando tu opinión sobre la actualización y anotando si te parece o no una buena idea, podremos tener discusiones y convencer a la gente de que acepte o rechace estas propuestas, que también pueden ser para eliminar funciones anteriores.
Y para que todos los poseedores sean notificados de estas propuestas se debería mencionar a todos los poseedores de PGM a partir de 500 PGM en juego, de hecho creo que 500 PGM es un objetivo que sólo recogen los que realmente creen en el proyecto y no los usuarios que se encuentran 100 PGM en juego por error del pool o algo así y luego pueden aprobar propuestas totalmente al azar.

I think it is against the decentralized nature of crypto if you only allow dolphin and whales to vote. You should think about it, every PGM holder can vote and votes value is based on the holdings not a single upvote.
No whatever 500 PGM is 5$ it's not about whales , anyway I prefer to make a small selection , as I explained I want users who like PGM and who care to raise the value of PGM with serious proposals , anyway I will definitely go to rivatulate this option , it would already be a first proposal that you could accept , ;)
I think you need to create a proposal like Splinterlands proposal voting, that way you'll get vote value by PGM amount a person holds not a single vote like upvote downvote.

Decisamente una news piuttosto interessante, in merito a delle intenzioni piuttosto importanti, che potrebbero andare a modificare, pesantemente, il futuro del tuo progetto, e di conseguenza del relativo token.
Tutto questo ovviamente va nella giusta direzione, rispetto a quel mondo delle cripto che da sempre punta alla decentralizzazione, però, se posso permettermi, valuta attentamente la possibilità di poter, comunque, mantenere un certo controllo, per evitare che, magari, ci possa essere qualcuno che possa finire con approfittare della cosa, per mandare letteralmente all'aria quelle che erano le idee che ti hanno fatto ideare questo progetto.
Non sono neanche tanto isolati, infatti, i casi di chi, approfittando di situazioni simili, che magari hanno lasciato un fianco scoperto a persone senza scrupoli, ha letteralmente fatto crollare, o comunque danneggiato pesantemente, altri progetti, e in realtà non solo nel mondo delle cripto.
Sarebbe, infatti, un vero peccato se tutto il tuo lavoro, e tutti i risultati che hai ottenuto, e che consentono a tutti gli utilizzatori del tuo token di beneficiare di notevoli vantaggi, finissero per essere stravolti, ponendo fine ad un progetto che trovo fantastico.
