Hello everyone!!
Have a great and blissful day to you all!!
We seldom eat seafood at home because of my daughter's allergy. But sometimes my husband and I crave it, so I cook seafood sometimes, and just cook a separate dish for my daughter.
So yesterday, I cooked "Yellowfin Tuna Paksiw with Gata" for my husband and me. We both love paksiw with veggies, and we love it even more if itβs with gata.
So, let's take a look at how I did it.

π½

Wash and clean the fish thoroughly.
Wash and cut the tomatoes.
Peel and wash onions, then cut into small pieces.
Crush and peel the garlic, then cut it into small pieces.
Wash and peel the ginger, then cut it.
Wash the green chili.
Wash and cut the okra's head.
Wash the eggplants, then cut them into your desired shape and size.
Then set them all aside with the rest of the ingredients.
π½
Slightly fry the fish first until they are all finished.
While frying the fish, I arranged some of the ingredients in the pan.

First, put the tomatoes and ginger.
π½
Then add the slightly fried yellowfin tuna, then the okra, eggplant, onion, garlic, and green chili.

Then add vinegar, soy sauce, and water. Then put them on the stove.

Cover the pan and let it simmer on low to medium heat.
Then season with a small amount of vetsin "MSG" and salt to taste. Continue cooking until the sauce reduces.

π½
And then add the coconut cream. Continue cooking on low heat until the fish and veggies are fully cooked.

And there it is, all done and ready to serve.

It was so creamy and savory that you are tempted to have more, and with more rice in it. My husband really loves the taste, and that makes me really happy. As for my daughter, I cooked fried tofu and broken lasagna for her, and of course, she was so happy! π₯°
It really feels great to see my family enjoying the food I prepared for them. I hope you had a happy meal too.
I'll end my post here and see you around.
Thank you so much for stopping by and God bless...ππβ€
