Preparing Tom brown for my breakfast

Hey everyone it been a while I posted in this wonderful community, I woke up this morning thinking about the fast food I could easily get then I mind went straight to Tom brown .
It a nutritious meal made up of millet , dried plantain,groundnut , crayfish , etc it very rich and contains protein , carbohydrates,vitamins and minerals which enrich the body .
I like Tom brown cos it easy to prepare and hold the stomach longer for the rest of the day .
The preparation are as follows
-put your Tombrown in a cup and mix with little water to form a paste

  • boil a cup of water in a pot and pour the paste of Tombrown in the boiled water and stir continuously till it cooks it takes 5minutes to prepare it add your milk and sugar .
