Taking advantage of the new year vibes, where we are always planning or wanting to do new things, or even trying to finally achieve the goal of some past desire that we always tried and ended up not being able to follow through on, today I did a little reflection on what I want for me and what would be one of my goals related to the way I think about my life.

In a simple and direct way, I want to change my mentality in relation to people or moments that still affect me and leave me feeling down, discouraged and sad. I believe we all go through some moment when a person seems to take pleasure in doing us harm and I often say to myself that this type of person will always exist, but as the receiver I have to decide if I'm going to let it get to me or not.

Not that I'm a machine with a powerful “firewall” that can filter all of this, but, with a lot of reflection, willpower and a different way of thinking, doesn't this objective become more tangible? Things that normally bring us down, it could be anything, a person like I mentioned, an event, an unexpected result, can't we have a different reception when these things happen?

Well, it certainly won't be easy, but in 2024 one of my biggest desires is precisely this, to learn or improve even more this filter, this Mindset Change, especially with small things that happen almost daily and make me they bother me, so I want to lead a lighter, more peaceful and less stressful life, because I pay a lot of attention to these little things, I lived a 2023 that was too stressed, too worried and this has done a lot of harm to me and my coexistence with the closest people.

So one of my first steps is this, no losing weight or cutting out soda (although it would be good to do both), but the first item on my list is basically this, avoid stress, stop caring about the things that matter. They are not good for my mind and my soul. I'm sure that a lot of things will improve just by focusing on this, with this lighter footprint in relation to the environment around me, I want to improve my filters for receiving the actions of what is close to me.

This will be a good reflection to make and I hope it can help the community in some way by passing on this idea, this learning that you really need to ignore some things to be happier. We are brilliant, incredible minds and I'm sure this post can be a good source of inspiration for that.

Aproveitando ainda as vibrações de ano novo, onde estamos sempre planejando ou desejando fazer coisas novas, ou até mesmo tentar finalmente alcançar o objetivo de algum desejo passado que sempre tentamos e acabamos não conseguindo dar prosseguimento, hoje fiz uma pequena reflexão sobre o que quero para mim e qual seria um dos meus objetivos relacionados a minha forma de pensar sobre minha vida.

De forma simples e direta, quero mudar a minha mentalidade em relação às pessoas ou momentos que ainda me atingem e me deixam para baixo, desanimado e triste. Acredito que todos passamos por algum momento em que uma pessoa parece ter o prazer em nos fazer mal e muitas vezes digo para mim mesmo, que esse tipo de pessoa sempre existirá, mas, que como receptor eu tenho que decidir se vou deixar isso me atingir ou não.

Não que eu seja uma máquina com um “firewall” poderoso que consiga filtrar tudo isso, mas, será que com muita reflexão, força de vontade e uma forma de pensar diferente não se torna mais palpável este objetivo? Coisas que normalmente nos deixam para baixo, pode ser qualquer coisa, uma pessoa como citei, um acontecimento, um resultado não esperado, será que não conseguimos ter uma recepção diferente quando essas coisas acontecem?

Bem, fácil com certeza não será, mas neste 2024 um dos meus maiores desejos é justamente esse, aprender ou melhorar mais ainda esse filtro, essa mudança de mentalidade, principalmente com pequenas coisas que acontecem quase que diariamente e me aborrecem, por isso, quero levar a vida mais leve, mais tranquilo e com menos estresse, por justamente dar muita atenção para essas pequenas coisas, vivi um 2023 estressado demais, preocupado demais e isso tem feito muito mal para mim e a minha convivência com as pessoas mais próximas.

Então um dos meus primeiros passos é esse, nada de emagrecer ou cortar o refrigerante (apesar de que seria bom fazer os 2), mas o primeiro item da minha lista é basicamente esse, evitar o estresse, parar de me importar com as coisas que não fazem bem para minha mente e minha alma. Tenho certeza que muita coisa irá melhorar apenas focando nisso, com essa pegada mais leve em relação ao ambiente a minha volta, quero melhorar meus filtros de recepção das ações do que está perto de mim.

Essa será uma boa reflexão para se fazer e espero que consiga auxiliar a comunidade de alguma forma passando essa ideia, este aprendizado de que é preciso realmente ignorar algumas coisas para ser mais feliz. Somos mentes brilhantes, incríveis e tenho certeza que essa postagem pode ser uma boa fonte de inspiração para isso.
