My Actifit Report Card: April 17 2024

After days of being physically unwell , yesterday I felt better. After breakfast I told @kam5iz that I want to go out with dogs, I didn't though that he came with us cause he's trying so much these days to get his work on track but he was pretty willing too

The weather was hot and sunny but with nice breezes. We decided to go to a hill with pine trees so we could have more shadows and cooler atmosphere

The place was so amazing that we thought it would be a waste if we don't do some yoga movements and it made us very happy and calm

It's the best feeling , seeing yourself united and in harmony with everything around you

We take ourselves so seriously sometimes, and it causes us pain and suffering. We need to shut our minds off sometimes and just be still and connect to the source

And then, when we found ourselves like a drop in the sea (little and solved),, we found many answers to our questions and many solutions to our problems

Then we could find our true selves individually, not what society specified for us .
