Started doing some exercise again at home, nothing grand and for the most part a single goal - 100 pull-ups in one set

So whether those are pull-ups or push-ups the target is a long way off.

This time I have a secret and it is mine so move along.

Anyhow, I have tried the whole do exercise at home thing a few times, I think my longest streak is about a month.

My longest Gym streak is 3 months, albeit Gym will always come in second when I need to do more work and inevitably just stop going.

Although my best results tend to be in the Gym since I do enjoy the machines and lifting things more but all in all I guess there is no need for it specifically especially if I only intend to maintain.

The thing with body weight is how it just feels like a damn shlep, which is odd cause I basically lift my own weight as baseline anyhow so it should not feel too much different from the Gym and I could just increase the rep or set range.

I think that is where the rub is for me, then it almost starts to feel like cardio... Ok I tend to describe anything that makes me out of breath as cardio.

But like I said the goal is simple, and the sets are now flexible once I have built my 50 Rep baseline then it should all just kinda feel better.

So here is to getting fit again.
