Random reflections

This is my entry for the Photo Quest competition, with the theme reflection.

It's interesting to think that this is a beautiful theme to photograph, it's possible to create many interesting compositions just with reflections. And an opportunity arose at the right moment to try to capture some cool images for this contest: the rain!

After the rain passed, it left some puddles. These puddles are great for reflecting landscapes. The problem is that I had this idea during the rain, when there wasn't much to do, and I only realized that I needed to take some photos for the contest when there were almost no puddles left.

Luckily, today, on my way to the gym, I found a perfect puddle for what I had in mind. I ended up taking some other random photos as well, to complement what would be random photos of reflections. There's no specific context in these random photos other than the reflection itself.

It was interesting to think of something different and capture some photos with perspectives I hadn't explored before.

Essa é a minha entrada para o Photo Quest competition, com o tema "reflexo".

É interessante pensar que este é um belo tema para fotografar, é possível criar muitas composições interessantes apenas com reflexos. E uma oportunidade surgiu no momento certo para tentar capturar algumas imagens legais para este concurso: a chuva!

Depois que a chuva passou, ela deixou algumas poças d'água. Estas poças são ótimas para refletir paisagens. O problema é que tive essa ideia durante a chuva, quando não havia muito o que fazer, e só me dei conta de que precisava tirar algumas fotos para o concurso quando quase não havia mais poças!

Por sorte, hoje, a caminho da academia, encontrei uma poça perfeita para o que eu tinha em mente. Acabei tirando outras fotos aleatórias também, para complementar o que seriam fotos aleatórias de reflexos. Não há um contexto específico nessas fotos aleatórias além do próprio reflexo.

Foi interessante pensar em algo diferente e capturar algumas fotos com perspectivas que antes não havia explorado.
