Colorful market!

On Saturdays, I go to the Municipal Market to buy vegetables, fruits, and spices. Perhaps this is the place where I like to buy these kinds of things the most. I can't say it has the best prices, but there I always find high-quality products grown organically. The variety of things I find there is large, and it's very different from traditional markets in terms of quality.

I'll always be amazed by the smells of this place; it's very pleasant. It's a play of scents at every stand you pass by, and in some places, the scent of herbs and spices mingles with that of vegetables, or even the sweet scent of fruits, which is hard to describe.

And of course, every time I go to this place, I'm touched by the contrasts of colors, the organization, and how beautiful it is. Those stacked vegetables look like a work of art. It makes me want to buy more, and I always take something extra home that I've never tried before. This time, I bought Cashew, a fruit from the Brazilian Northeast that I hadn't tried before. It has a strong, sweet taste and a lot of juice. I enjoyed the experience!

Aos sábados, eu vou ao Mercado Municipal para comprar legumes, frutas e temperos. Talvez esse seja o lugar que eu mais gosto de comprar esse tipo de coisa. Não posso dizer que tem os melhores preços, mas lá sempre encontro produtos de boa qualidade e cultivados organicamente. A variedade de coisas que encontro por lá é grande, e é bem diferente dos mercados tradicionais pela qualidade.

Sempre vou ficar maravilhado com os cheiros desse lugar; é muito gostoso. É uma brincadeira de odores em cada estande que você passa, e em alguns lugares o cheiro de ervas e temperos se misturam com o de legumes, ou mesmo com o cheiro doce das frutas, o que é difícil de descrever.

E claro, sempre que vou a esse lugar, eu fico tocado pelos contrastes das cores, a organização e em como é muito bonito. Parece uma obra de arte, esses vegetais empilhados. Isso me dá mais vontade de comprar, e sempre levo alguma coisa a mais para casa que nunca comi antes. Dessa vez, eu comprei Caju, uma fruta do nordeste brasileiro, e que ainda não tinha experimentado. Ela tem um gosto forte, adocicado e muito caldo. Eu gostei da experiência!
