Hello again. How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1157. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Tuesday, the 23rd of April, 2024.

An Average Tuesday

It was an average Tuesday at home and office. I skipped the morning sleep. I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes. Later, I joined my morning shift duty at 8 am. The shift ended at 12:30 pm.

After lunch, I had an afternoon nap. Later, I joined the evening shift duty at 4 pm. It ended at 8:30 pm. I consulted 35 patients on Tuesday.
