Finding a land to buy is not as easy as I thought it would be I just don't like the location I need a location where I can build a business and making sure there is traffic 🚦 for the business itself or I have something unique that actually attracts people to the area.
I'm saving and saving the savings growing so slow ahhhh. Hive is the only thing that works it's good but kinda sad because for me I just want to grow in hive instead of withdrawing the money but sometimes you have no choice life is like that what to do.

Keep your focus on what you want, believe that you can do it, and keep your eyes and ears open. I have no doubt that you'll succeed in time. Hive could be a great way to fund that, but to do so assets need to be at the level where you can live off and utilize just the interest of your account, not actually taking out anything substantial.
Since HBD in Savings has a presently stable 20% APR and monthly compounding interest, you could incentivize and motivate investors by offering them the opportunity grow the investment that they give you by 20% in one year's time, then the 20% goes back to them after the first year, and then you use their initial investment to buy land and build your business, paying them back as your business grows. Funny that you mention that I've been thinking about it for a very long time about this HBD 20% I was thinking about helping them put their money here and I will take 5% for taking care of their investment and withdrawal 5% is like service charge they get 15% Or I do fixed service charge let's see how it goes thanks for reminding me of this.
