- It's my day off today I get a bit crazy about dates lately because every single brands you try it's completely different taste some are so good some are just fine the rest are just not good.

- The myth where you don't ejaculate will make you perform better in fights or sports is untrue
I watched this show half way while I was cleaning my room basically we try to improve what we can control what we cannot control is our environment but we can control what we eat and drink 🍷 water is the most important of course foods that is fresh not processed.
