Shadow Hunters/SMASH Contest Round 292 Entry: Door Grills

Hello everyone! I seldom join in this challenge because I usually wake up late. Early this morning I was awakened by the dog's bark and the early morning call of the garbage collectors! I opened our backdoor since our bedroom has a side door leading to my rest area.

It was a fine weather and just on time that the sun had risen at an angle which reflected a slanting line. Hmmm based on that position if you draw a clock... The time would be 7: O'clock AM because the heat of the sun was still bearable and soothing to the skin.

Old Beliefs

It's an old tradition by our elders to let our door/windows open during sunrise to let the sun rays enter our house because it's a blessing bringing good luck to the household! Believe it or not guys but for me it will also lighten the surrounding and let any flying and crawling insects lurking the previous night fly away, right?
