I have been away from Hive for a few weeks, spending time offline with special friends who have been visiting from abroad. So, apologies for the slight delay with the winner's post. You might say... I've been slightly *invisible* myself 😂 But... I'm back again, and the results of Season 2 Round 1 of dreem-wotw have finally been compiled.

As always there were some great responses to the prompt. Fortunately, we have a nice team of graders and a good number of dreemers who get involved in doing Dreemport Curation of the entries each month, so hopefully you all received visits from a number of people. It's always lovely when I see curators commenting that they are finding it exceptionally difficult to rank dreem-wotw posts in Dreemport due to the high quality of submissions!!! It is clear that your posts are valued and enjoyed 🙌💗

February submission date will be Tuesday 28th February and the contest post will be out in a couple of weeks' time! We are hoping to start adding some interesting challenges and twists to the contest.

If any of the old wotw gang have the time and space to drop by, we would love to see you give the next round a whirl.

Public curators curated entries for the Season 2 round 1 contest in Dreemport (which includes anyone who chose to log in to Dreemport the following day and do a random curation of 5 posts). These public curation results then provided the dreem-wotw grading teem with a shortlist of the public's favourite entries for the contest. These were eligible to be graded for official dreem-wotw rankings.

Please also use the #scholarandscribe tag to ensure that you qualify for curation in the community. Any other types of written content being entered for dreem-wotw may also use the #scholarandscribe tag but should not post directly to the community as they really are all about fiction and poetry. Non-fiction pieces and discursive essays should be posted in appropriate communities.
