The topic this time is for health and health is very important for all of us because no matter which geographical location you are from But health is the topic which is relevant for all of us. I have been one of the person who is moderate when it comes about health. What I'm trying to say is that I do not visit gym ETC what I follow a healthy lifestyle which is mixed with some regular fitness activities and a healthy diet as much as possible.
Every day I walk around and try to complete the steps count between 5-10k steps. I use a mobile application to track the count, but sometimes when I walk and my device is not with me and in that case that tracking does not happen. It is good that now we have different devices and application which can help us track the overall fitness activities and how we are doing but since I follow a routine schedule so I know that how much I have walked around and generally it is more than 5000 steps in a day which can go up to 10,000 even sometimes more than that.
I consider myself fit because I do not have any problem with the health and maybe it is because I follow a moderate lifestyle which is not to consume alcohol and also eating more of home cooked food. I know that people feel great when they eat outside and it is good But we also need to understand that the food which is cooked outside in a restaurant taste good but I believe the food which is very tasty is not very healthy.
I generally eat outside only in the weekend which can be one day a two day maximum but for the rest of 5 days I eat at home. I prefer eating hot food because I believe that we should eat food hot Just after the cooking And I avoid using the food which is frozen or kept in the refrigerator for a long time. with the advancement of technology we can keep the food for a long time, but it's not healthy, and this is what we need to understand.

I'm not planning to make any changes to my schedule because I think I'm doing good and I don't want to go excessive on this, but I'm planning to buy a smart watch so that I can have even better statistics about my health. To be honest, I don't know when I'll have this device and which brand I'm going to buy. So let's see when there is a good deal on some devices, then I can think of it, but this time can be next few months or maybe a year, that I really don't know. I simply believe that following a healthy lifestyle is good, where what I intake is more important when I try to follow it as much as possible. I also do yoga at home sometimes, but I'm not regular.
