Beat the Heat: My Simple Strategies for Staying Cool in Summer

The topic for this week is to share that what I do deal with the Heat in summer season. it is referring to the weather condition and I believe in different countries this time the weather situation is different. India is in summer weather where many other countries might be in the winter but India is one of the countries where we experience mixed up with the situation. Basically it is like we get to experience summer for few months and winter also for few months along with rain season where winter and summer both are kind of combined. there are exception for this also because some of the states has most of the winter season throughout the year But like I already mentioned exceptions are always there and in general the weather is diverse in the country.

In North India it is summer time and temperature is generally 35 to 40 degrees everyday which is really hot. When it rains weather but it does not rain everyday So managing it is an important and there are certain steps which I follow in my day to day life. I make sure to drink plenty of water to keep my water intake sufficient to avoid the situation of dehydration. apparently I try to eat less And especially I avoid overheating But I make sure that I drink about three to four litre water in a day. in summer overeating is not at all advisable and I strictly follow this as much as possible except maybe one a few days in a month when it's difficult for me to manage But I hope this is understandable.

I also consume more of foods that are rich in terms of liquid for example orange watermelons and even mango which may not be too good for the water intake but it is one of the food that I like a lot and it is available only in the summer season.

I prefer taking more of the fruits instead of juice because juice is not really good for the health. Sometimes I also drink soft drink but not too much and if I talk about the frequency then it is a few times in a month. A healthy diet which is balanced along with proper water entry throughout the day And on top of that having adequate amount of fruits every day makes my schedule during the summertime. I avoid taking junk food as much as possible Instead I rely more on the food she's home cooked so that I can control the ingredients which are not healthy and does not bring any nutritional benefit for me.

When I'm travelling outside, I make sure to carry a water bottle with me so that whenever I feel thirsty I have water with me. This is the practise I've been following for long and it's like in the summertime I hardly go out without carrying a water bottle with me. so this is what I do my day to day life to minus the heat during summer season And I follow a rule of simplicity in my lifestyle where things may not be so fancy But I believe they're more of health oriented and easy to follow. When I'm travelling outside, I make sure to carry a water bottle with me so that whenever I feel thirsty I have water with me.

This is a similar practice for myself, I hardly leave my house without a water bottle. Staying hydrated during the hot season is the key.
