Life Got Busy, But I Didn't Give Up

Hello friends, how are you, hope your week is going well. There is a lot of work load these days, due to which the physical workout has reduced a bit in the morning. I had decided to go for a morning walk, but it is still not complete and today it happened that even in the weekends, I was not able to walk anywhere because of some argent work. Found no morning and no evening. If things do not happen according to our plan, we should not be too upset, just accept the things and move on to the future. Some people are troubling themselves by thinking about the same thing and are becoming fans of the same group, but we should not do this.

Last week I was quite busy and this week is busy because of the workload in the office, so somehow I hope that next week I will be a little more productive and the good thing is that I have also ordered a fitness band for myself, I will discuss about it in the next week, maybe by then I will have passed it.

Below you can see my steps of this week, they were not that special but I am consistent, I am happy about this and today is the weekend so my scores are a little more than this type, like my continuous tests are around 3.3 k, today it is around 7.3 k.

I have just selected a day on which I will share all my weekly starts and I hope that next week will be more productive for me. I am very excited about next week because I have purchased some things which will probably arrive and Amit, I hope that after that I will be able to do regular exercise and also do some running which will make a little difference in my physical appearance.

I feel good that I've lost a bit of fat because the belly fat I had before was a lot and now it's reduced a bit. I'm really happy about this because when belly fat becomes lumpy, it becomes much more difficult to lose it manually. Many people struggle with this. If I can reduce it completely, then maybe I can share some tips with you and tell you what I did that helped me see improvement.
