24K Steps, Fresh Motivation, and Future Plans

During that time I was very motivated about it and I thought that I would regularly post something or the other here because maybe at that time I had planned to go for a morning run but unfortunately that was not possible for me because due to heavy workload the morning routine had become quite impossible for me but still I try every day that if I can do at least a little walking then that is what I will try to do now that I have started daily and this app already has more than million downloads and its user base is also quite large. That's much better. If you also like to run in the morning and you also run or do any kind of physical exercise, then you can join this community and you can post here regularly. I will also try to post here at least two-three days in a week and I have been using this app for a few days. Yesterday my steps were around 4000 and today they are quite good, as you can see in the screenshot below, my steps today are quite high, around 24000 steps, it is more because I like to do that on weekends and today I walked about 11 to 12 kilometers due to which I have been able to do this much in this way and due to walking a little here and there it must have increased in this way and now I will try that I will use you regularly and count my steps and on weekends its chart will go up a lot because I am also more active and I like walking a lot.

If you also do anything related to fitness like running, going to the gym or anything then you can join this community and you can share your post here. I will try to motivate you as much as I can from my side, there is no guarantee, just if you want to join then you can do it, there is no pressure of any kind, it all depends on you. Walking is very important because it keeps your body's circulation going. If you use vehicles all the time to relieve pain and do not do any physical activities, then it can prove to be dangerous for you.
