Normalerweise gehe ich am Wochenende ja meistens Nachmittags oder Abends raus zum joggen. Doch heute hatten wir uns für den Nachmittag einen Einkaufstrip nach Nijmegen (Niederlande) vorgenommen.
Ich brauche nach drei Jahren mal wieder eine neue Brille und diese gehe ich immer bei einem Optiker in Nijmegen holen.
Daher habe ich heute meinen Lauf bereits vor dem Frühstück gemacht. Heute morgen habe ich Intervalläufegemacht.
4 x 400m (5.15 - 5.30 Min/km)
2 x 800m (5.30 - 5.45 Min/km)
-1 x 1.600m (5.45 - 6.00 Min/km)
Zwischen den einzelnen Intervallen bin ich immer 2 Minuten lang im mäßigen Tempo weiter gelaufen.
Tatsächlich bin ich die ersten Intervalle im Bereich von 4.59 bis 5.09 Min/km gelaufen. Die 800m-Intervalle habe ich mit 5.25 bzw. 5.26 Min/km ziemlich Konstant geschafft und auch die letzten 1,6 km habe ich mit 5,40 Min/km schneller geschafft als ich es mir vorgenommen hatte.
Am Nachmittag konnte ich mir dann in Nijmegen auch die traditionelle Tüte Fritten genehmigen.

That’s why I went for my run today before breakfast. This morning I did interval training.
