Workout No. 15

Hallo liebe Hivians und Sportbegeisterte!

Seit ein paar Tagen habe ich schon keinen Actifit-Beitrag mehr geteilt, trotz genügend Bewegung. Im Moment schaffe ich es an 4 Tagen in der Woche Sport zu treiben. Wenn die Tage wieder länger werden, ist vielleicht auch draußen mehr möglich. Vor allem wird dann das Fahrrad wieder mehr genutzt.

In dieser Woche sH es so aus:

  • Montag: Ruhetag
  • Dienstag : Crossfit
  • Mittwoch: Ruhetag
  • Donnerstag: Crossfit
  • Freitag: Ruhetag
  • Samstag: Laufen (10 km)

Heute: Crossfit-Workout

7 Runden je:

  • 7 Burpees
  • 14 Kalorien Rudern
  • 14 Wallballs ( 6 kg)
  • 7 Burpees
  • 1 Minute Farmers Hold (2×Kettlebell 20 kg)

Das Workout habe ich in knapp 30 Minuten absolviert. Nach dem Workout haben wir noch den Schlitten beladen und das Schlitten schieben geübt.

  • 25m 75kg + Schlitten
  • 25m 100 kg + Schlitten
  • 25m 125 kg + Schlitten

Für Morgen ist nichts geplant. Allerhöchstens ein bisschen Push- und Pull-Up-Training.

I haven't shared an Actifit post in a few days, despite getting plenty of exercise. At the moment, I manage to exercise 4 days a week. When the days get longer again, I might be able to do more outdoors. Above all, I'll be using my bike more again.

This week looks like this:

  • Monday: Rest day
  • Tuesday: CrossFit
  • Wednesday: Rest day
  • Thursday: CrossFit
  • Friday: Rest day
  • Saturday: Running (10 km)

Today: CrossFit workout

7 rounds each:

  • 7 burpees
  • 14 calories rowing
  • 14 wall balls (6 kg)
  • 7 burpees
  • 1 minute farmer's hold (2×20 kg kettlebell)

I completed the workout in just under 30 minutes. After the workout, we loaded the sled and practiced pushing it.

  • 25m 75kg + sled
  • 25m 100 kg + sled
  • 25m 125 kg + sled

Nothing is planned for tomorrow. At most, a little push-up and pull-up training.
