Nach dem gestrigen Lauf war es heute wieder Zeit für ein bisschen Crossfit in der Crossfit-Box.
Samstags gibt es immer Team- bzw. Partner-Workouts. Meine Frau war heute auch mit zur Box, aber wollte das Workout nicht mit mir machen, sondern lieber mit einer Freundin. Sie befürchtet immer, daß ich zu schnell bin und sie dann nicht mitkommt. Humbug
Das heutige Partner-Workout habe ich dann mit einem anderen Crossfitter gemacht. Das Workout bestand aus:
AMRAP 20 (As Many Reps as Possible)
10 Synchro Hang-Power-Cleans (40 kg)
20 Kalorien auf dem Airbike(10 pro Person)
10 Synchro Front-Squats (40 kg)
1 Minute Pause
Insgesamt haben wir 220 Reps geschafft (5 Runden + 10 HPC + 10 Kalorien). Da wären sicher noch mehr Wiederholungen möglich gewesen, aber es war trotzdem sehr fordernd.
So, morgen früh geht es wieder in die Box und für nächste Woche heißt es dann HRYOX.

So I did today's partner workout with another CrossFitter. The workout consisted of:

In total, we managed 220 reps (5 rounds + 10 HPC + 10 calories). We could certainly have done more reps, but it was still very challenging.
So, tomorrow morning it's back to the box and next week it's HRYOX.
