My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2026

Hallo liebe Hivians!

Gestern habe ich es verpasst über das 8. Crossfit-Workout des Jahres zu berichten. Aber morgen gibt es bereits das 9te und dann wird es dort wieder etwas zu berichten geben.

In den letzten Tagen haben mir immer die Schritte gefehlt. Meistens sitze ich dann den Tag über im Büro und power mich abends beim Crossfit aus.

Am Freitag habe ich jedoch um 13 Uhr Feierabend und somit konnte ich heute mal wieder eine Runde laufen gehen. Etwas über 5 km bin ich heute gelaufen. Eigentlich wollte ich einen lockeren Lauf machen. Ich habe mich dann aber hinreißen lassen und habe dann doch zwischendurch das Tempo erhöht.

Der 3te Kilometer mit 5:03 Minuten war dann mein schnellster Kilometer bislang (zumindest seitdem ich die Strecken aufzeichne).

Vielleicht sitzt ja doch irgendwann eine Sub 25 beim 5km-Lauf drin.

Yesterday, I missed reporting on the 8th CrossFit workout of the year. But tomorrow is already the 9th, and then there will be something to report again.

In the last few days, I've been missing my steps. Most of the time, I sit in the office during the day and work out at CrossFit in the evening.

On Friday, however, I finish work at 1 p.m., so I was able to go for a run again today. I ran a little over 5 km today. I actually wanted to do an easy run. But then I got carried away and ended up increasing my pace in between.

The third kilometer, which I ran in 5:03 minutes, was my fastest kilometer so far (at least since I started recording my runs).

Maybe I'll be able to run a 5 km in under 25 minutes at some point.
