My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2026

Hallo liebe Hivians!

Das neue Jahr hat begonnen und ich habe heute das erste Workout des Jahres absolviert.

Im ersten Kraftteil gab es heute zehn Power-Cleans die ich mit 60 kg begonnen habe und dann noch auf 65 kg gesteigert habe.

Der Ausdauerteil bestand dann aus 100 American Kettlebell-Swings. Bei jeder Pause musste man 15 Kalorien auf dem Rudergerät rudern und anschließend 5 Pike-Push-Ups machen.

Ich habe mehrere Runden gebraucht:

1.Runde 28 Kettlebell-Swings, Rudern + Push-Ups
1.Runde 22 Kettlebell-Swings, Rudern + Push-Ups
1.Runde 22 Kettlebell-Swings, Rudern + Push-Ups
1.Runde 18 Kettlebell-Swings, Rudern + Push-Ups
1.Runde 10 Kettlebell-Swings

Normalerweise mache ich die Kettlebell-Swings mit einer 20 kg Kettlebell, doch heute habe ich die 24 kg KB genommen, da ich befürchtete sonst zu schnell fertig zu sein. Der Plan ging auf, die Swings fühlten sich von Runde zu Runde schwerer an und ich habe für das Workout knappe 15 Minuten gebraucht. Damit war ich dann auch erst als Vorletzter im Kurs fertig. Aber besser so, als erster mit einer zu leicht gewählten Variante.

The new year has begun and today I completed my first workout of the year.

The plan worked, the swings felt heavier with each round, and the workout took me just under 15 minutes. That meant I was the second to last to finish the class. But better that than being the first to finish with a variation that was too easy.
