My Actifit Report Card: May 29 2025

Hallo liebe Hivians und Fitnessfreunde!

Eigentlich wollte ich heute einen Beitrag zum Vatertag machen aber die Zeit hat mich wieder eingeholt und jetzt reicht es nur noch für einen Actifit-Beitrag.

Das zweite "Eigentlich" bezieht sich dann darauf, was wir heute vor hatten. Eine kleine Fahrradtour war geplant doch die fiel sozusagen ins Wasser aufgrund der morgendlichen Wetterlage.

Statt dessen waren wir heute morgen zum Crossfit und haben ein schönes Workoug gemacht:

Ein AMRAP (As many Rounds as possible) von 4 x 5 Minuten:

25 Kalorien auf dem Airbike

30 Dumbbell Snatches 17,5 kg

30 Sit-Ups

Zuerst wollte ich das Workout mit 20 kg machen. Doch nach einer Proberunde bin ich dann doch auf 17,5 kg gewechselt. Das war ein guter Schachzug denn so habe ich in jedem 5-Minutenblock eine Runde geschafft.

Am Nachmittag habe ich dann meinen Vater abgeholt und wir haben ein paar Würstchen und anderes gegrillt und ein paar Bierchen getrunken.

Allen Vätern da draußen wünsche ich noch einen schönen restlichen Vatertag.

I actually wanted to do a Father's Day post today, but time has caught up with me again and now I only have time for an Actifit post.

The second "actually" refers to what we had planned for today. We had planned a short bike ride but it fell through due to the weather in the morning.

Instead, we went to Crossfit this morning and did a nice workout:

At first I wanted to do the workout with 20 kg. But after a trial round, I switched to 17.5 kg. That was a good move because I managed one round in every 5-minute block.

In the afternoon I picked up my dad and we barbecued some sausages and other things and had a few beers.
