Hahaha...oh yes, houses like that made good use of stairs to be sure! Yep, they are a great leg training, also cardio-vascular! I have to climb a 15-foor semi-vertical path to get to the Flow House...lol! π π π β¨ π€

I'd say I can't imagine doing that every day, but in one of the previous companies I worked for, my office was on the 12th floor, and every morning, and whenever I had enough time, I always did that via the stairs as well... But it does certainly have quite a cardio-vascular effect for sure!!!
