One of the big disadvantages of living in an old house in the middle of the village: we have a lot of those horrorthings inside :-) And we need to climb them each time to go to bed or grab any of our stuff :-D
But itβs good for the leg-muscles!!!

Hahaha...oh yes, houses like that made good use of stairs to be sure! Yep, they are a great leg training, also cardio-vascular! I have to climb a 15-foor semi-vertical path to get to the Flow House...lol! π π π β¨ π€
