Never criticize a repentant person for his past sins.
People do not realize how deep a mental anguish a single sentence uttered by him:
"I have seen you, how pious you are!"
can cause. Why is the repentance of a servant so beloved to Allah?
Because repentance is not easy.
Emigrating from sins, abandoning the desires of the soul,
and breaking down and coming before Allah again and again — all this is very difficult.

Have you ever seen a drug addict?
What torment does he go through when he does not get drunk?
A person who repents from sins also goes through similar torment.
The world only sees the outward appearance,
but Allah knows those nights when the servant sighs and asks for forgiveness.

Oh God! Don't block people's path to repentance by taunting them about their past.
Many people don't repent simply because they are afraid that people will bring up their past.
