I dedicate this post to friends @silvertop and @elizabethbit who often share their mountain hikes. Today is my turn.
We left at 8:30 to go up to a shelter at 2200 metres and from here we walked flat until we reached another at 2000 and then a third at 2300.
From here we went down facing first the flowering meadows and then the forest with its scents. Further and further down, until you reach the starting point.
The route had been designed to use uphill cable cars and be able to go all the way flat and downhill. Everything went well and we had a wonderful day, but now we are all very

Hi, i'm stewie and since I had back problems I realized that I had to take better care of myself. I am very lazy, but following my doctor's advice, I try to focus on getting some activity every day. "Better a little but constant, than a lot once in a while!"
I work in the office, I love travelling, doing improv theater and spending time with my girlfriend. My favorite animal is the giraffe (but I also love dogs) and I'm passionate about home economics and saving.

Wow, whenever I saw posts like yours, I do feel jealous though it's proper one o.
I feel like climbing a mountain and there is no mountain in my city and country generally.

Our youngest son is endurance hiking training with his wife and our furry “Grand- dog” Phoenix.
Later this fall, they will be taking the Pacific crest Trail !
