My Actifit Report Card: June 4 2026

Over eighteen thousand steps today. Full day of meetings and working on AI. Worked about six hours with GitHub Copilot and mentoring a Principal software engineer on Visual Studio code agentic Ai development.

Then at home we deployd an AI agent to my wife's website. It was quite interesting as yesterday open ai announced that Agent Builder is being discontinued end of November and we used it and another product to deploy it.
