My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2025

First day of school for our daughter today. My wife took her to school and back, but tomorrow is my turn to drive her to school.

Today, I spent around three hours helping my mother in law to setup a new bank account. She is also getting access to her bank accounts via the phone. I brought her into the twenty-first century today :)

As far as steps, I barely managed five thousand steps today. I am planning to do a weight lifting workout tomorrow, so I should get much better steps tomorrow.
