My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2025

Yesterday, to make the most of the last sunny day of autumn, we set off on our bikes. The weather was amazing, and the scenery was colorful and soothing. After about twenty minutes of cycling on the paved road, we entered a dirt path that felt more wooded and forest-like

We stopped there to drink some water and take a few photos. I can’t say it was really difficult, but I could have had a better cycling experience if my bike chain hadn’t been rusty. Our bikes need servicing, and the specialized repair shop is a few hours away. We should take a trip there one of these days. Still, it was good as practice and for staying prepared.

I truly feel lucky to have a partner who encourages and supports me in activities like these. We really click with each other. It’s amazing!

We passed through the village and entered an area where a dirt road led toward the forest. Near the end, the incline was so steep that we had to get off and push our bikes uphill. Eventually we made it, left the bikes at the end of the path, and then climbed the hill on foot and entered the forest.

We spread our things out early on, and after eating some fruit, we got playful—moving around and enjoying ourselves in the area

Even though we had food with us, we decided to keep cycling while the weather was still clear and warm and have lunch at home instead. That’s exactly what we did, and it turned out to be a good decision 😋
