I'm back with my Actifit activity report to share with you.

FRIDAY'S ACTIFIT ACTIVITY REPORT

I woke up early after Fajr, made a cup of tea, and started working on automations and workflows that needed finishing.

Isra had a late night and a slight fever, so she slept in until around noon. While she rested I managed to finish the remaining work.

I got ready and went to the mosque for Friday prayer. After that I visited my neighbor because her nephew had an accident yesterday.

In the afternoon my wife, Isra, and I went to the market. We took my wife’s suit for stitching, bought groceries and fresh vegetables, and picked up a birthday cake and flowers to send to my sister-in-law.

Evening was our usual family time — tea, snacks, TV, playing with Isra, and dinner. Later I went for my late-night walk. The weather was excellent and I hit my 10,000-step goal. I ended the day feeling good.

Today’s Snapshot

• Steps: 11,953. Goal of 10k steps completed. ✅
• Duration: 1 Hour 55 minutes
• Distance: 8.9 kilometres 🚶‍♂️🌙
