Enough resting, it's that dreadful leg day again! 😒
No wonder people skip the leg day when it's so boring and HARD. I feel like I've never done any lunges in my life, I'm so weak there. Awful!
And on top of that, tomorrow I won't be able to walk from all the soreness. 🤣
But that's why you should never skip the leg day, because next time it will be easier and easier.
