Hello to everybody.

Today was the end of Grandma's summer, in the vernacular.

I managed strength training with real iron
at a friend's garden, it's like a local temple of strength there. In the early evening, just time for a walk with the dog.
I end the day with a positive 9 thousand steps.

Dnešní den bylo hotové Babí léto, lidově řečeno.

Stihl jsem silový trénink s opravdovým železem u kamaráda na zahradě, je to tam takový místní chrám síly. V podvečer už jen čas na procházku s pejskem. Den končím s pozitivními 9 tisíci kroky.

Witam wszystkich.

Dzisiaj był koniec babcinego lata, w języku potocznym.
Udało mi się zrobić trening siłowy z prawdziwym żelazem u znajomego w ogrodzie, jest tam jak lokalna świątynia siły.

Wczesnym wieczorem w sam raz na spacer z psem.
Dzień kończy się dodatnimi 9 tysiącami kroków.
