Hello, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1229. It's also the alive and thriving report on Sunday, Dec 08, 2024.

It was an average busy day at work when I consulted 40 patients in my chamber. As usual, the evening shift was more busier than the morning shift duty. In the visa medical section, around 60 people came for the fitness test. I had to examine around 50% of them.

Afternoon 9 pm, we went out in our car. We went to the 2-Riyal shop. We didn't find what we went for. From there, we roamed around for a while and stopped at several fast-food outlets. Finally, we ended up buying two chicken burgers 🍔.

On returning home, I made a short 15-minute treadmill walk. It helped me reach 10k steps today.

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
