Hey, there! Assalamu Alaikum! How are the things? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's the Alive and Thriving report on Saturday, Nov 16, 2024. It's also the actifit report number 1223.

I had the role of a reliever doctor on Saturday in another clinic. It wasn't a busy workday there. I only consulted a little over 20 patients in the chamber. I took the following street picture on Saturday evening.

At home, I had a short morning sleep and an afternoon nap. I didn't walk on the treadmill. Hence, I had only a little over 5k steps on Saturday.

After 9:30 pm, we went to Ramiz International Hypermarket to buy a gift item. On Sunday, we have been invited for the lunch. So, as a compliment, we brought a gift 🎁:)

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
