My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2025

Quit the caffeine , 1 cup per day from about 4 cups since the 13th
And complete stop since 18/12/2025.

Also trying to reduce stress sources best I can but some of it is unavoidable (Since 13/12/2025)
(Should maybe do some active stress reduction but honestly not perticularly stressed, honestly less stressed than I should be atm, good for my health, not so good for my already sub par productivity)

Actually getting sleepy on time and waking up on time (even if I didn't fall asleep on time) since I completely quit (THIS IS MASSIVE)
